I took this picture today (with my phone which accounts for the blurriness) at the Rockmart Library. You were thinking at a bar, yes? I try to avoid places like that at two in the afternoon with my kids.
What manner of incident(s) would precede a sign like this? How many times do you think this took place before this sign appeared? Was it a first offender or a repeater? Has this person been offered social services? What about whoever drew the short straw to clean these events up? Has that person been offered any type of PTSD counselling?
