The Play's the Thing

I know this picture is so blurry, but it's the only one I have from tonight (taken with my phone) from our trip to see our friend, Luke, in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He was unbelievable. It was worth all three tickets to see his scene (as Quasimodo) about his beloved cathedral bells. True artistry!

Five rows of us went from CFT including this friend of Mouse's. They decided to sit together and squeezed into one seat (wish I could've paid for half a ticket!). I was several rows back and marveled at the fact that she is indeed old enough to want to sit somewhere other than my lap. Gasp!

And I asked that question that has become an almost daily query, "where does the time go?".

Several tacos, burritos, nachos and cinnamon sticks later, the girls and I left for home. Mark it down: four weekends in a row of plays. The theater is starting to feel like home.
